I had a very interesting walk around Birkat al Moz in Oman yesterday with the 'wakil' of its Falaj.
As it the way of the world as we talked we were soaked by an after noon rain shower while in the wadi a nice waterfall was created.
Hopefully it is not a pre-curser to a real storm as the weather forecasts show a Cyclone Phet (strange its a similar time of year as Guno and another short named Cyclone) on its was across the Arabian Sea towards Pakistan http://www.wunderground.com/global/stations/41256.html
