A few days stopover during long distance flights are a great way to make the journey more comfortable - and see a new country. We took a tour of Oman up to Oman's mountain heights where in cooler air we took a nice wadi walk.


Then  back down to the coast we swung through Sur and back into Muscat for a evening visit to the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque.
