The article the photo supports ( http://www.apexstuff.com/ot/200808/nimr.asp ) , highlights the Arabian Leopard in Oman and the pressure it is under. Hopefully having a pair of big blue(ish) eyes ( http://blog.omanholiday.co.uk/blog/_archives/2008/8/2/3820938.html ) staring out from a magazine cover will create more awareness about the Arabian Leopards situation in Oman. With so few animals of these animals in the world, its future is literally in mans hands .

During the year, I have  also been delighted to continue to provide articles for Bank Muscat’s quarterly ‘In-House’ magazine. These focus on a different Omani town for each issue and some areas of interest associated with it:- and of course what branches of the bank are in town. Though its been my bank for the last 17 years - I havnt had won any of the cash prizes the bank gives to account holders yet; Im waiting till the area of my branch gets a bit of coverage - perhaps the computer will smile on me!!
